Wholesale vs retail pricing: how we structure orders

Our wholesale pricing is built on three tiers based on order volume, with clear MOQs per category — smaller for accessories, larger for garment runs. Retailers get a landed cost sheet before they commit, so there are no surprises at PO stage.
For repeat SKUs we hold buffer stock in Singapore so partners can reorder in single-carton quantities and receive within days, not weeks. New designs and custom runs typically ship in four to eight weeks depending on the factory.
Payment is straightforward: 50% on order confirmation, 50% before dispatch, via bank transfer or PayNow. Established partners graduate to net terms after a few clean cycles.
